Individual therapy can assist anyone seeking a more balanced, harmonious life whether they are looking for ways to manage depression, anxiety, anger, PTSD, bipolar, or life stressors.  Using a variety of modalities, patients are given new tools to live their lives to their full potential.

Children between the ages of 2 - 11 can benefit greatly from play therapy, where they use toys as their words and play as their language.  Play therapy allows them to learn new skills while playing in a safe and comfortable environment.

This initial session for couples assesses the presenting issues in the relationship.  Couples counseling is private pay only.

Using the Gottman Method, couples will be guided through the process of addressing their specific issues through development of skills.  Couples counseling is private pay only.

During this series of 12 sessions, parents will learn how to help their children (ages 3-10) express and manage their emotions through play therapy techniques.
