Diagnostic Evaluation - $140/session
An assessment of your current functioning (physical, mental, and social).
Individual Psychotherapy - $120/hour
Individual therapy can assist anyone seeking a more balanced, harmonious life whether they are looking for ways to manage depression, anxiety, anger, PTSD, bipolar, or life stressors. Using a variety of modalities, patients are given new tools to live their lives to their full potential.
Couples Counseling Intake - $200/session
This initial session for couples assesses the presenting issues in the relationship. Couples counseling is private pay only.
Couples Counseling Session - $150/hr.
Using the Gottman Method, couples will be guided through the process of addressing their specific issues through development of skills. Couples counseling is private pay only.
Session Options
Choose the option that best meets your needs
In Person Sessions
If you prefer to meet with your therapist face to face, sessions will be scheduled in office space at the Williamsburg United Methodist Church* located at the corner of 3rd and Gay Streets in Williamsburg.
Telehealth Sessions
If you prefer to meet with your therapist by video or phone, sessions will be held through a HIPAA-compliant platform.
